Meet The KH&Co Staff
Jennifer Reynolds
Jennifer Reynolds graduated from Muskingum College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting/Business. She worked in the auditing department of Coopers & Lybrand in Columbus after graduation. Jennifer moved to the Canton area and was employed with Shearer's Foods, Inc. for thirteen years as Assistant Controller. She has been employed with Vaughn & Associates, now Kee, Huchok & Co., Inc. as a tax preparer since January 2003.
Sheila Hall
Sheila Hall has been with Kee, Huchok & Co., Inc. since 1995, bringing years of public accounting experience with her. Prior to 1995, she worked in accounts receivable for a large national corporation as a para-professional/payroll specialist/bookkeeper. Sheila is very active in the community, is Treasurer for Sandy Valley Softball Association, volunteers for Sandy Valley High School and does fundraising for the Chase Faiello Memorial Fund.
Michelle Lee
Michelle Lee, Office Manager, began working for Kee, Huchok & Co., Inc. in 1994. Shelley's duties include firm accounting and client billing, assisting with payroll tax and W2 preparation and numerous other administrative and HR duties. Shelley is also a licensed Notary Public.
Kathy Schleis
Kathy Schleis has worked in an office environment for approximately fifteen years. She attended Kent State University. Kathy joined Kee, Huchok & Company, Inc. in January 2008.
Barbara A. Spear
Barbara A. Spear is currently enjoying her ninth year in public accounting, beginning as a staff accountant for George S. Koskovich, CPA and later merging with Kee, Huchok & Co., Inc. Barb is formerly retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs after 34 years service. She is experienced in payroll, billing, income tax preparation and spreadsheet analysis. She remains active in her community and maintains membership in several organizations.
Scarlet Vaughn
Scarlet began working with her husband Jeffrey B Vaughn in his CPA practice which was acquired by Kee, Huchok & Co., Inc. in 2008. She is experienced in payroll, payroll taxes, bookkeeping, quickbooks, and preparation of personal income tax returns.
Scott Vaughn
Scott started with parents Jeff and Scarlet at the end of 2003 when they merged four firms and formed Vaughn & Associates, Inc. which was later purchased by Kee, Huchok & Co., Inc. in 2007. He has experience in most areas of accounting and tax but his main areas of focus are in the preparation of personal and corporate returns as well preparation of financial statements. Besides his accounting duties, he also takes care of the firm's Information Technology concerns.
